The highly successful Finnfest 2007 was attended by over 4000 visitors, and featured a wide range of Finnish and Finnish-American related activities, lectures, concerts and events.    The 2007 Finnfest Symphony Concert , held on July 27, 2007 at the new Lakeside High School Performing Arts Center Auditorium, featured the North American premiere of the Erkki Melartin Violin Concerto, Elizabeth Bell, violin soloist.  Other composers featured on the program included Einar Englund, Jukka Linkola  and of course Sibelius.
